Come Celebrate the Ministry of Dennis Frische-Mouri!
On October 30, the Allisonville faith community will gather to celebrate the ministry of Dennis Frische-Mouri as our Transitional Senior Minister. Worship will be a combined experience, beginning at 10:30am with Sunday School at 9:30am. Following worship we will have a reception for Dennis to honor his devoted ministry to our congregation.

On our October 16th, 2011 walk, around 800 walkers representing 80 groups and congregations in greater Indianapolis raised over $100,000 for Church World Service. Many thanks to all our walkers and sponsors!

Pastor’s Ponderings: In a reflective mood
I am sitting at a picnic table built by our Youth Group (great job “Yuts”) and I am actually pondering. It’s a partly sunny day. A fall breeze rustles the changing leaves on our many trees. What a soothing sound… a settling sound…a cleansing sound. Rays of sunlight flicker across my paper as the pen glides along the paper and thoughts spill out of its point.
Last month I wrote, “Welcome to the final Fall Season of the Transition” and proceeded to write about what still needed to be done. Today, I seem to be in a reflective mood…reflecting on where we have been and what we have done.
