Do Justice Book Study

The Do Justice Book Club was started in 2022 as the Anti-Racism Book Club after our study of Me and White Supremacy by Layla F. Saad in 2020. We read and discuss books that pertain to issues of social justice.

Some of the books we have read and discussed include:

  • Waking Up White and Finding Myself in the Story of Race by Debby Irving

  • The Violin Conspiracy by Brendan Slocumb

  • Faith After Ferguson by Leah Gunning Francis

  • Poverty, by America by Matthew Desmond

  • How Ableism Fuels Racism by Lamar Hardwick

If you have a book you would like to recommend for us to read and discuss please contact Cindy Coble at clcoble@icloud.com
